How aloud works
Open the app and tap once to talk. Speak for a couple of minutes about your day and aloud turns it into an organized entry — a title, a short summary, the topics you touched on, and a gentle reflection question. Your entries land in a private calendar and history you can browse by day, week, or month, with insights and memory search as your history grows.
Managing your subscription
aloud offers an optional subscription with a free trial, then a monthly or annual plan. Billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel it, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Your data and privacy
Your journal is private to your account. You can export your entries at any time from within the app, and you can permanently delete everything from Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture and the Terms of Service for the rules of the road.
